Quick setup
- Open the App and create or select the product variant used for the add-on.
- Set your percentage and choose all products or tag-based eligibility.
- In the Checkout Editor, add the RunBySimple Surcharge app block.
- Place the block above Payment, save, and test with an eligible product in the cart.
- Enable the cart cleanup app embed in the Theme Editor.
Checkout placement
For consistent desktop and mobile visibility, place the block above Payment. Avoid Order summary because it can be collapsed on mobile. Checkout UI extensions on these steps require Shopify Plus.
