These terms govern your use of RunBySimple: Surcharge (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The service
The App lets eligible Shopify merchants configure optional checkout add-ons. You are responsible for your product configuration, customer-facing wording, pricing, tax treatment, regulatory compliance, and use of the App in your store.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Current pricing, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and charges are presented through Shopify. Uninstalling or cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges except where required by law or Shopify policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or use it in a misleading, unlawful, or harmful way.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change to improve the App, maintain compatibility, or meet platform and legal requirements.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” RunBySimple is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
